Shakeology Pudding Bowls

So I’ll be the first one to say that I’m really really really boring when it comes to my Shakeology, especially ever since Cafe Latte came out! Because I literally just mix it with ice and water. With the other flavors I have a little more variety in what I add, but generally it’s limited to just some frozen fruit! I mean, hey, why mess with a good thing, right?!

But then sometimes you just want to feel like you’re eating something really indulgent but not have to actually have to feel guilty about it…am I right? Enter all the recipes I was seeing for clean eating and even Paleo friendly puddings. Ummm, pudding I can have for breakfast? Yes please! Let’s elevate all those freaking delicious smoothie bowls to the next level and make pudding bowls a trending thing! Whose with me?!

After you try these pudding bowls, I definitely think you will be!

And the really cool thing is that you can take the basic recipe and really customize it depending on what flavor combos you like! So definitely do some kitchen experimenting and have some fun with what fruits, extracts, etc that you add into it!

I mean, I’m totally still gonna have my regular shakes in the morning too because I pretty much can’t live without them at this point, but it’s awesome to be able to make something that really feels like a treat and not have it totally throw off my nutrition. Plus, with the protein boost from the Shakeology, yogurt and tofu, this pudding will actually keep you quite full!

And if you come up with another cool flavor combo, let me know what it is so that I can try it!
