It’s called 2B Mindset and is all about winning the weight loss battle by first conquering your MIND! Like, this could not be a more perfect idea for a program and I know that it’s going to help soooo many people!

I don’t know about you, but before I found Beachbody programs, I was always ‘trying’ to lose weight. I’d lose a few pounds and then fall back into my old habits of eating junk after a couple of weeks. It was because my mind just wasn’t in it. I just couldn’t motivate myself to stay on track. What is 2B Mindset All About?!

In 2B Mindset, creator Ilana Muhlstein, a Registered Dietician Nutritionist, makes a clean eating program that is fun, simple and EFFECTIVE. Ilana is going to cover what you should be eating and when, how to get past junk food cravings, how to create a positive relationship with food in order to experience consistent and LASTING weight loss! It is not a ‘diet’, but rather a mindset & lifestyle change! You’ll never have to count calories, weigh your food, cut out whole food groups or deprive yourself in order to see results…in fact, it’s the opposite…you’ll be eating A TON of nutritious and delicious foods in order to fuel your body every day!

When discussing the 2B Mindset program, Ilana stated that the second we begin telling ourselves that we “can’t” have something (aka completely cutting out sweets, alcohol, carbs, dairy, etc), our minds crave that thing even more. So if you want lasting results, you need to be able to tweak your mindset and follow a plan that isn’t going to deprive you of the foods that you enjoy most. After all, food is such a huge part of our social lives, right?! I mean, we go out for drinks with friends, celebrate big occasions & holidays with lots of delicious foods, and even create meals for our families to show that we love & care for them. So yeah, food is a big part of our lives day in & day out, which means that our relationship to that food is one of the most important things that we can work on!

This Program is Based on Ilana’s Own Journey

Ilana didn’t just create this program based on the success that she’s helped others achieve…she based it on how SHE LOST 100 LBS and has been able to keep the weight off. She is so open in talking about the fact that when she was at her heaviest, she would feel so incredible insecure about her body, but that would cause her to want to eat more. Sound familiar?
